The Darkest Timeline Championship Tournament is where it all begins for Black Label Pro. One year later September 2018, it was once again the darkest timeline in wrestling. A new championship was announced and the best wrestlers on the independent circuit competed in Crown Point, IN. All for a shot at the Black Label Pro Indiana State Championship. It’s former UFC fighter and last year’s winner of the Darkest Timeline Championship Tournament “Filthy” Tom Lawlor going up against the new BLP Indiana State Champion “The War Horse”Jake Parnell in this first round qualifier that kicked off BLP 9.
“Filthy”Tom Lawlor is an independent professional wrestler(BLP, MLW, Prestige Wrestling, Beyond Wrestling, Limitless Wrestling) and until recently a UFC fighter from Las Vegas, Nevada. Filthy was the winner of the inaugural Darkest Timeline Championship Tournament 2017 and became the very first Black Label Pro Heavyweight Champion in the company’s history. In a BLP ring he has taken on such names as the “King of Bros” Matt Riddle, “the Octopus”Jon Gresham, AJ Gray, GCW Champion “The King” Nick Gage, CW Anderson and Once even teamed up with Bryan Alvarez to take on the greatest tag-team of all time the Rock’N Roll Express which you can see here on the BLP You Tube channel.
"The War Horse"Jake Parnell is an independent professional wrestler from St Louis, Missouri and is the current Black Label Pro Indiana State Heavyweight Champion. Since his debut at BLP 4: “We’re Not The Mounties” in January 2018 has had great technical matches with Dasher Hatfield, Gringo Loco, Fred Yehi and Josh Briggs. The first weekend of Feb 2nd "The War Horse" went one on one with 'The Diamond Tiger' Kobe Durst for the BLP Indiana State Championship and became the second to win the coveted title at Black Label Pro: Unplugged at RDS Gym in Crown Point, Indiana.
